Trail Shoe of choice and why: Montrail Streak – great trail feel, wonderful control, fit my feet very well. I can take a pair of Streak’s out the box and run an ultra with no problems.

Objective #1 for 2010: Have an injury-free year.

Best race in 2009: Diablo 50 mile (1st overall).
